Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Deloitte Consulting Engineer 1 or 2

The Deloitte Application Modernization Team - specialists in converting legacy information technology systems to modern languages - is currently seeking QA Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in one of the hottest areas in the market.
Work you'll do
- Integrating new real live projects in our regression test suite
- Doing (partly) automated and manual software tests
- Evaluation and analysis of differences compared with the expected results or references
- Creating new and maintaining existing test protocols
- Developing functional test cases for new features in cooperation with the product development team

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent working experience
• 5-10 years of work experience with an object-oriented programming language
Preferred:
- Experience in Quality assurance techniques for software projects would be helpful
- Experience working as a programmer in Spring, Java, C#, or .NET
- Knowledge of additional JVM languages is a bonus, notably Groovy
- Familiarity with build tools such as Apache Ant, Maven, Gradle and Jenkins
- Familiarity with modern testing tools such as Docker
- Experience with Java testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Spock, and Geb
- Familiarity with modern technical environments such as Oracle Database, MSSQL Database, Apache Tomcat/WebSphere, Linux administration and scripting, agile methodology
