Work you'll do

This role is directly client facing and will provide guidance, direction, and expertise on enterprise architecture concepts such as Principles, Patterns, Rules, and Capability Decomposition. This role will focus on modernizing a large federal organization's architecture and will involve working with multiple stakeholders. In particular looking for someone experienced in decomposing capabilities and business processes preferably within the government space. Preferred experience with SMBL, Magic Draw and/or other modeling tools.

The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance for this role.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Architecture
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in decomposing capabilities and business processes.


Preferred:
  • Experienced in decomposing capabilities and business processes within the government space.
  • Preferred experience with SMBL, Magic Draw and/or other modeling tools.
  • Preferred technical writing experience with Military SOPs.
