This position ties together clinical and manufacturing of Stryker TMJ Concepts implants by preparing incoming cases for production and creating the reference materials for the surgical team. These activities are unique to this product and are trained as part of joining the team.

Essential Duties

  • Review incoming bone models for anatomy that would prevent implant placement or manufacture.
  • Communicate recommended resections and contouring directly with customers with and document their feedback.
  • Modify bone models as approved by the customer.
  • Clean and prepare bone models after production for use as surgical references.
  • Determine recommended screw lengths and complete documentation to ensure hardware is available at the time of surgery.
  • Create surgical reference packet to be used by customers.
  • Participate on cross-functional continuous improvement project teams. Coordinate, manage, and document project work and progress, and recommend appropriate revisions.
  • Create procedures and documentation to standardize assigned tasks.

Preferred Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical device or clinical experience.
  • Interest in anatomy
