Engineering Technician (entry-level)
Job Summary
Amentum is seeking an entry-level Engineering Technician to work in our repair lab in Odon, Indiana. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a mechanical aptitude, is able to work in a team environment, and who has great attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
- Traveling up to 50% of the time
- Basic troubleshooting with senior-level technicians
- Refurbishment of U.S. Navy equipment and assets
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma/GED and no job-related experience or equivalent
- Good communications and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs
- Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a secret security clearance after being hired, which requires U.S. citizenship
