In this hybrid role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person training and meetings. We are hiring in the following locations: Denver CO, Dallas TX, Alpharetta GA, Irvine CA, Basking Ridge NJ and New York City.

We are looking for a SEO Specialist to be part of Visible’s SEO Strategy & Optimization team. You will be a member of our dynamic eCommerce organization and will help execute all SEO efforts covering both strategic and tactical, including technical SEO, content strategy, on-site SEO, link building and user experience. You will be a key member of our marketing team who is driving end-to-end plans for our rapidly-growing member base. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and has a deep understanding of search engine optimization best practices and industry standards to ensure content (value prop, landing and product pages) are optimized to increase organic acquisition and search rankings. Visible is a highly collaborative organization, and requires ability to manage in a matrix environment while being execution-oriented and disruptively innovative.

• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Understand and implement technical SEO audits and changes.
• Execute on-page optimizations and link building campaigns.
• Implement changes in content management systems (CMS).
• Manage content production by planning content calendars, collaborating with content writer, and supporting them on SEO.
• Devise and execute methods to track, report, analyze and improve SEO performance.
• Collaborate with the SEO manager and other in-house marketing teams.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement necessary features and changes.
• Develop new SEO tests and strategies.
• Present and communicate SEO strategies and projects to clients and/or internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the key SEO expert/advocate.
• Keep up-to-date with latest SEO trends, strategies and algorithm changes.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

• Capability to be a self-starter.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts for the broader organization.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills, the ability to define processes and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Combination of scrappy entrepreneurial vigor and large scale systems thinking.
• Writing and communication skills.
• Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience either at an agency or in-house.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $82,000 and $152,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
