What you will do:

The Mobile Lab Specialist supports the Neurotechnology (NT) Medical Education and Marketing teams by planning and executing resident course trainings, product trainings, tradeshows, and product fairs on the NT mobile lab in alignment with business strategy and objectives across Neurotech.

Responsibilities:

• Manage event coordination, driver utilization and regular maintenance
• Basic product and procedural knowledge
• General understanding of key customer groups
• Basic understanding of educational program design
• Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
• Basic understanding of how we deliver training
• Understand our medical education and business strategy
• Understand our budgeting process

• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual reports by providing metrics related to medical education events; monitor spend and contribute budget reporting
• Understand training and Medical Education workstreams
• Understand why and how we listen to our customers
• Awareness of internal branding guidelines
• Aware of commonly used internal communication tools

• Travel to and support medical education events across the nation (up to 50%); set-up, tear-down equipment stations and interact with participants and faculty during medical education events

• Organizes inventory levels of PPE, disposables, and general lab supplies, maintains equipment inventory in alignment with budget and business needs



What you need:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 0+ years of work experience required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
