What you will do:

Exciting opportunity to support the Sales and Field team and serve as the customer onboarding/implementation specialist for patient engagement platform and/or other customer technical solutions.

  • You will lead onboarding calls with customers, starting with pre-implementation tasks, through Site setup, customer training and client go live date
  • You will serve as liaison between customer and internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • You will demonstrate knowledge of platform functionality to effectively educate and complete client team training independently
  • You will coordinate with other Stryker team members, customers and other business partners to ensure that all appropriate tasks have been planned and are executed according to the project plan. Communicate project status and implementation issues/risks/concerns with appropriate Stryker team members
  • You will work with Stryker customer and third-party to interface with EMR systems.
  • You will serve as a technical resource for diagnosing and troubleshooting any customer interface, service or quality issues.
  • You will continuously evaluate supporting systems for accuracy and enhancements which could be made to promote knowledgeable support and information provided internally or to all customers
  • You will participate in sales process as needed to specify technical solution and delivery services to meet customer requirements.
  • You will assist in managing the customer distributed contracts in conjunction with the contract team and sales force.
  • You will train end users on how to effectively use system features and applications
  • You will work directly with customers to set appropriate expectations, address customer goals, determine target dates, and manage customer tasks during the onboarding phase
  • There will be additional related duties as assigned

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • General knowledge of Apple/Android smart phones and Bluetooth pairing
  • General hand tool knowledge and use is required
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Eagerness to assist internal and external customers
  • Project management skills
  • Possess attention to detail
  • Basic skills - Time management, interpersonal relations, stress management, people management, conflict management, customer service, Windows, Microsoft Office, JDE.
  • Stryker specific skills - In-depth Stryker product knowledge old and new, requires ability to follow and adhere to quality standards and product specifications
  • Familiarity with Physician practices, durable medical equipment, basic medical terminology and Orthopedics an asset
  • Ability to travel 50% or greater of work time
  • May be required to move materials up to 50 pounds, reach, push, or pull in order to accomplish job accountabilities.

$54,000 - $112,700 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
