The AI and Data Operations team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting enterprise programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets.

The AI & Data Operations team works with our clients to:

  • Manage and operate large scale data platforms (cloud, on-prem, hybrid), automation and hyper automation capabilities and operate AI foundries to allow our clients to drive insights from the vast troves of data in their systems and ecosystems
  • Deploy hyper automation and cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
  • Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements


Qualifications

Required:
  • Experience in Consulting and interactions with C - level executives, including selling and solutioning Operate deals, with a proven track record in sales origination
  • 8+ years experience managing Operate projects; Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), IT Outsourcing (ITO), Cloud (CMS) and/or Data Center Ops (DCO)
  • Technical delivery and sales capability in areas such as automation, AI, and Cloud
  • 8 + years hands - on experience in IT Transformation, IT Governance, Outsourcing and largescale change management at organization/division level
  • Must possess demonstrable ability to handle intricacies of deals from pricing models to solutioning to closing the deal.
  • Travel up 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID - 19, non - essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.


Preferred:
  • Strong technical and business analysis background
  • Experience in portfolio analysis, process/application/infrastructure rationalization
  • Expertise in conceptualizing and articulating Vision, Transformation Strategy and Business Case for achieving desired business objectives
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Financial Services experience
