You’ll be responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the success of customer implementation through active participation in meetings for new business.
  • Research enrollment/eligibility issues and develop customer specific resolutions
  • Audit for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards
  • Identify trends and provide feedback to sales partners
  • Perform structure building, revisions, enrollment, and billing set up
  • Act as a resource for others
  • Coordinate/complete projects as assigned by leadership
  • Frequently complete work without established procedures
  • Assist in the creation of new processes and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a challenging role with serious impact. It’s a fast paced, high-volume environment that requires you to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on company policies and guidelines. Your accuracy will be vitally important and monitored carefully to ensure our system is correctly coded and that all plan documents are precise.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of SAFES experience
  • 1+ year of enrollment and case installation experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, edit/create spreadsheets)
  • Knowledge of Enrollment and Installation processing systems, guidelines, and processes.
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance. Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree (or higher)
  • SAMx experience
  • Experience working with enrollment and installation platforms

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $20.77 to $36.88. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $22.93 to $40.58.
