AAA is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).<br><br>The Radioligand Therapy Specialist (RTS) - West works directly with Oncology healthcare professionals across accounts, educates targeted radioligand treatment centers about appropriate setup, process, handling, administration and infrastructure, and as well as helping educate on appropriate radiopharmaceutical licensing for Lu177, Ga 68 and other relevant radio linkers. The RTS provides technical nuclear medicine training and education to ensure the safe and appropriate utilization and handling of all AAA products.<br><br>• In this role you’ll be required to support the following territory: AZ, WA, OR, UT, NV, MT and ID. The ideal candidate will live in the Phoenix, AZ, Seattle, WA or Salt Lake City, UT metropolitan area with close proximity to a major airport. <br>• This is a remote opportunity. There is a monthly overnight travel requirement of up to 50% for the territory<br><br>Your Key Responsibilities: <br> <br>The RTS serves as the point of contact for all radioligand technical knowledge, education, and support to both external customers and internal partners. The RAS will lead the assessment and technical setup for targeted radioligand therapy treatment centers in partnership with customer accounts.<br><br>The RTS works to educate stakeholders within accounts across healthcare specialties, including nuclear medicine and radiation oncology HCPs, to ensure the safe and appropriate administration of AAA products. The RTS provides information on operational logistics and ordering of approved AAA products and helps provide appropriate calibration sources and other on-label technical support.<br><br>Licensing and education and/or training activities include:<br>• Provide sites with education and training on handling, administration and radiation safety of AAA products. <br>• Provide account education for on-site preparation and infusion processes for AAA products, and education for appropriate radiopharmaceutical licensing and licensing logistics for AAA products.<br>• Appropriately respond to inquiries relating to safety and handling of AAA products that are received from an account’s radiation safety committee.<br>• Collect and maintain accurate information in AAA’s licensing database.<br>• Provide appropriate education and information in connection with dial setting for Lu 177 and Ga 68, as required to maintain compliance.<br>• Collect product quality reports and liaise with manufacturing to provide timely training support for sites.<br>• Profile external accounts with focus on nuclear medicine and radiation oncology departments.<br>• Partner and support internal partners with radioligand technical expertise and training for educational materials and appropriate educational presentations to external partners.<br><br>Roger Estafanos, Executive Director, Value & Access (not Sales) shares his thoughts on Advanced Accelerator Applications. <br><br>[#video#[#video#[#video#• https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mxi65N8Vzh8{#400,300#}#/video#]{#400,300#}#/video#]{#400,300#}#/video#]<br><br>While Novartis does not require vaccination at this time, for certain Novartis sites in the US all associates and candidates may be required to either upload an image of their COVID-19 vaccine card demonstrating proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 (or other similar evidence of vaccination) or proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken by the associate or candidate within the past seven days to enter any of our sites and/or customer office or healthcare facility, as well as prior to participating in other work related off-site meetings.
