The Senior Provider Data Specialist is responsible for a range of activities associated with clinical travel operations for the HouseCalls program. Employees in this role coordinate travel activities for HouseCalls providers and clinical staff. You will work with site leaders to ensure all service level commitments are met, address questions or requests coming into the telephonic travel queue, and ensure travel related emergencies are addressed in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute travel reservations including hotels, rental cars, and flights for traveling clinicians

  • Interact with our Nurse Practitioners and support them in all aspects of travel

  • Address travel related inquires to the telephonic travel queue

  • Review and process travel related expense reports in an accurate and timely manner

  • Support the preparation and maintenance of reporting packages and dashboards by updating travel related information

  • Track and Report reconciliation for State tax allocations

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 2+ years’ experience as a Senior Provider Data Specialist

  • Intermediate level of proficiency creating and editing documents in Microsoft Word

  • Intermediate level of proficiency creating and maintaining spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree or higher

  • Experience with SharePoint

  • 2+ year experience in travel or logistics related environment

  • Previous experience with SAP Concur expense software

  • Previous experience with SharePoint

Soft Skills:

  • Effective and professional communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $18.17 to $32.26. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $20.00 to $35.53.
