Education requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, science, or a related discipline preferred.

  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience required, preferably in a regulated environment, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and/or Quality Operations.

  • Experience administering an LMS and other quality systems is a plus (ComplianceWire, SuccessFactors, Veeva, ServiceNow)

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.

  • Collaboration skills with all levels of employees. Has a high degree of customer service, working with internal customers from all levels of the organization.

  • Advanced proficiency in using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat with a high emphasis on Excel.

  • Enjoys performing administrative tasks with keen attention to detail

  • Excellent writer with technical writing skills.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and become a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs data entry to process and verify all electronic and paper training records. Data is entered with high-quality standards.

  • Recognizes and resolves training issues. Communicates and follows up on any errors and guides users on resolution. Gives constructive feedback to users when explaining issues.

  • Ensures accurate deployment of training for all site employees.

  • Manages the Site Master Training Plan, List of Approved Trainers, and the Curricula Catalog.

  • Creates and/or modifies curricula and training items.

  • Administers and troubleshoots the LMS for all users.

  • Confirms training is accurately assigned and completed before system access is granted.

  • Verifies and approves training information within the document management system.

  • Maintains training records for all personnel according to regulatory and document retention requirements.

  • Uses intermediate knowledge of excel to produce data, develop reports, and conduct analysis for training metrics. Sends weekly reports to inform managers of compliance.

  • Supports site inspections and audits for training-related requests.

  • Creates email communications and newsletters.

  • Participates in continuous improvements.

  • May create training materials and teach classes as needed.

Working Conditions

  • Work is performed in a typical office environment, with standard office equipment available and used. Work is generally performed seated but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no abnormal conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.

  • Travel Requires travel < 10% of time
