Our Company's Animal Health division offers veterinarians, farmers, pet owners and governments one of the widest ranges of veterinary pharmaceuticals, vaccines and health management solutions and services as well as an extensive suite of digitally united identification, traceability and monitoring products. Our Company's Animal Health is dedicated to preserving and improving the health, well-being and performance of animals and the people who care for them.
The Technology Implementation Specialist will support our sales staff, distributors, and customers as well as document and provide feedback to our engineering team in Israel. The Technology Implementation Specialist will also provide on-site, and remote troubleshooting, installation startups and training.
Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.
The individual ideally selected will reside in Panhandle / Amarillo area of Texas and accountable for the following territory: US Southwest region.
Key Competencies:
Assist with system setup and configuration.
Remote and on-site troubleshooting.
Remote training and review of system operation.
Maintenance of PC and Livestock intelligence products including software upgrades.
Assist distribution installers and provide onsite and remote assistance.
Organized with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.
Weekend and evening phone assistance.
Document software and hardware issues.
Document warranty related issues.
Develop training materials.
Support the sales process where technical consultation is needed to help sales prospect acclimate with technical information and reports.
Assist with testing, quality control and documentation.
Work with sales to create site layouts for monitoring equipment.
Track and document incoming calls for failure analysis and escalation.
Necessary Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with dairy or technical emphasis. In lieu of degree five years of applicable experience.
Valid U.S. motor vehicle driver’s license without restriction.
No direct work experience required.
Excellent written, verbal and Microsoft Office skills.
Willingness to travel 50-60% within region
Willingness to abide by all company policy and approval processes when traveling or purchasing company assets.
Preferred:
Herd Management software experience (DC305, PC Dart, etc.).
