Process Specialist
The Process Specialist support the Compounding or Packaging team with all necessary supporting activities required that enable production. In this the process specialist works alongside the Production Coordinator and Process Expert.<br><br>CAPAs: Completes all assigned CAPAs on time and in sustainable quality i.e. the implemented CAPA was properly tested and did sustainably address root cause and mitigated re-occurrence.<br>• Quality Events and INF’s: Completes all assigned Quality Events and uses root cause and project management tools to properly define actions<br>• Preventative Maintenance: keeps oversight that PMs are completed on time and in full<br>• Environmental Monitoring: keeps oversight that EM sampling is completed on time and in full.<br>• Tracks and supports the implementation of all actions identified on Safety and Quality Walk throughs for their team.<br>• SOPs: Supports technical writer with updates of assigned SOPs and acts as re-viewer and approved for assigned SOPs. Together with Shop floor personnel contin-uously improves content of SOPs to optimally support (e.g. visualize work instruc-tions)<br>• Supports the Training Manager in the planning and execution of department related Trainings<br>• Act as a key user to ensure accurate and effective usage of Production and Quality systems (SAP, MES, Vaisala, AQWA, AGILE etc.)<br>• Support and follow up data collection to perform the investigation of all deviation and complaints, the root cause analysis and taking preventive actions on time<br>• Supports together with the Process Expert and technical writer the maintenance of the master batch records (including bill of material)<br>• Supports assigned Opex Projects<br>• Creates necessary Protocols, memos, presentations pertaining to supporting their production team<br><br>The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $84,000 and $126,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
