Job Description

Attention NJ Applicants: In April 2020, our Company announced plans to consolidate our New Jersey campuses into a single New Jersey headquarters location in Rahway, NJ by 2023. Therefore, the NJ work location for this role will be temporarily based and the exact timing of the departmental move to Rahway, NJ will be communicated at a future date.

Overview:

The Senior Specialist, Channels & Analytics supports channel strategy and analytics within the Digital Communications (Corporate Communications Team).

Success in this tactical role will require a broad and hands-on understanding of the content development process and related analytics, along with strong collaboration with the content & creative teams, partners in social media, global web site owners, external agencies etc.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the realization of our cohesive & strategic Employee Social Advocacy Program and platform.

  • Draft and publish content through the appropriate channels, support intranet, internet, e-mail and social channel production management (production, proofing and distribution of enterprise-wide emails).

  • Also act and serve as a people-leader for a contracted production team to ensure flawless execution of enterprise-wide e-mail communications, managing access to distribution lists and coordinating publishing timing across owned channels.

  • Supports analysis and reporting on communications effectiveness and impact through accessible, accurate, actionable insights.

  • Identifies trends in channels and proactively assesses how they impact our communications strategies.

Location/Commute:

  • We offer Hybrid Work Model (combination of In-office & offsite/remote). This position cannot be 100% remote.

  • Applicant must have ability to work from our NJ (Kenilworth / Rahway) site.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 or more years of communications experience OR a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 5 years of equivalent experience which could include: communications, media, and/or military.   

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Channel management (managing in-house and/or external channels in a communications function or at an agency firm).

  • 2+ years of Content management experience (ex. SharePoint, Word Press)

  • Project management skills with ability to work in a fast paced & highly matrixed environment.

  • Experience with Employee Social Advocacy Program and Applications.

  • Experience with content management systems.

  • Experience managing contracted production teams is preferred.

Expected salary range:

$88,480.00 - $139,100.00
