Title: Contract Administration Specialist

What will you do?

The Contract Administration Specialist will be responsible for the coordination, creation, and management of contractual documentation to support the leasing and asset sales team and other internal departments. This position will support all requirements of the business to maintain regulatory and financial records. This position will collaborate across departments to ensure company and departmental goals are met while maintaining strict confidentiality for the contracts being processed.

The Contract Administration Specialist will support the company’s overall needs to deliver a high-quality experience for customers and other internal departments. They will need to leverage internal resources to enhance the processes, procedures, and tools used by their teams.


What do you need?

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

· 1 year of experience in a related field.
