The selected candidate is expected to be in one of our offices (Jersey City OR Lansdale, PA) every Wednesday as this is a hybrid role.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Project management / ownership of daily administration tasks in support of our ongoing listening strategy.

• Execute upon and recommend value-adding improvement opportunities for our full-lifecycle employee listening strategy.

• Independently handle day-to-day interactions with vendors.

• Participate in development of survey item content.

• Handle end-to-end aspects of survey administration, including participant list generation, reporting, results distribution and interpretation.

• Facilitate year-round action planning process by creating tools, training materials, resources, and other supporting information.

• Partner with communications to build strategies that (1) connect organizational initiatives back to what we’ve learned through employee listening and (2) enhance founder participation rates in surveys.

• Maintain, update, and improve upon our internal employee listening page, providing insights that matter on a regular basis.

• Develop standard report-outs for lifecycle surveys for the appropriate stakeholder groups, disseminating and aiding with interpretations regularly.

• Consult with the business to advise upon appropriate surveying under current governance model.

Education Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational psychology, social psychology, a related social science OR an extended track record of work experience in the employee listening space.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Ability to tell stories with data; strong influencing capabilities.

• Ability to project manage large scale HR analytics programs in a mid-sized yet complex and global company.

• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups and competing stakeholders.
