Job Description

Our company is building a Shared Service Center in the heart of Philadelphia and seeking passionate, detail orientated individuals with a strong and proven work ethic to join our Regulatory Planning and Publishing team. This position includes paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Regulatory Affairs team bring new medical advancements to the world by facilitating communications and procedures that allow swift, organized compliance partnering with external regulatory agencies. We are on the leading-edge of healthcare breakthroughs that help provide new, reliable, and compliant medical products, practices and solutions to the world.

The Associate Regulatory Support Specialist works closely with various stakeholders to provide regulatory systems and document management support.

  • Regulatory Planning and Publishing activities may include regulatory systems support, management of Regulatory documents, assisting in tracking timelines/deliverables or components and promptly responding to updates.

  • Ensure all work is timely, complete, and compliant with established policies and procedures.

  • Accountable for use of established planning and tracking practices and systems.  

  • Participate in pilots for new tools and processes.

  • Effectively build relationships and collaborate with colleagues inside and outside of the department, as appropriate.

  • Participate in training courses to become educated and skilled in: Overall drug development knowledge, Regulatory and Project management disciplines and Leadership capabilities.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office – Word/Excel/Outlook

  • Ability to commute onsite 5 days/week (M-F)

  • Experience working with sensitive/confidential documents, preferred

Competencies:

  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)

  • Displays basic analytical thinking/problem solving

  • Demonstrated ability to manage different deliverables at the same time (ie., multitasking, organizational skills)

  • Team player

  • Strong & proven work ethic
