For our Quality Assurance organization within Organon Turkey we are currently hiring a Specialist, Quality Assurance.

Member of our Quality Assurance group ensures every single material inside our products is manufactured, processed, tested, packaged, stored and distributed aligned with our incredibly high standards of quality and meets all regulatory requirements. Partnering across our internal manufacturing facilities, external contract manufacturers and suppliers we create an interdependent global manufacturing network committed to delivering a compliant, reliable supply to customers and patients on time, every time, across the globe.

The Specialist is also responsible for other activities (as delegated/assigned by their manager) which may include but are not limited to a review of other countries’ local SOPs, Quality Agreements, and documentation at the cluster and global level.

THE PRIMARY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Support the release process of authorized medicinal products for the Turkey market.

  • Maintenance of local pharmaceutical quality assurance system

  • Management of change controls, deviations and other records related to GMP and GDP local activities.

  • Product Quality Complaints handling (quality follow-up)

  • Product Quality Review activities

  • Training activities for the local office

Role requirements and qualifications:

  • Graduated from Pharmacy, Medicine or from one of the disciplines of Chemistry with at least four years of undergraduate education and fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in one or more of the manufacturing, quality assurance or quality control roles in (a) pharmaceutical manufacturing site(s) and you have a general knowledge of quality regulations within the assigned country.

  • Communication Skills: Demonstrates good communication skills to convey and receive information in English and the local language.

  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrates good skills in problem-solving

  • Project Management: Demonstrates good skills in the ability to organize work efforts and prioritize tasks

  • Decision Making: Demonstrates strong skills to utilize knowledge, networks, and data to make rapid and appropriate decisions with management oversight and to determine when escalation of issues is necessary.
