What you'll be doing...

The digital organization is growing! There has never been a more exciting time to join this dynamic team, as we shape the future of Verizon's digital home sales strategy. As a member of this team, you will be at the forefront of transforming our digital ecosystem via the design & implementation of critical growth strategies & programs directly impacting the success of the business. Your work will be key to increasing revenue, reducing cost, enabling impactful personalization, and enhancing the digital experience for both new & existing customers for Verizon's Home Internet products & services (Fixed Wireless Access & Fios).

More specifically, you will partner with a cross-functional team to transform the existing customer offer experience, on web and app, in support of sales growth, churn reduction and customer experience improvement. You will define and execute digital experience updates relating to offer launches. You will ensure any changes are carefully introduced by measuring impact, to mitigate risk to funnel conversion rates and achieve expected benefit.

Key Functions:

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, Real Time Marketing, and GTS partners to deliver digital marketing capabilities, offers & enhancements that drive sales performance across the Home digital ecosystem (web, app, partners).
  • Writing user stories that detail changes requested to the digital ordering flow.
  • Partnering with testing & optimization team, tagging and analytics to ensure careful performance measurement of any changes.
  • Leveraging engagement, sales, voice-of-customer, and other sources of data to both analyze the performance of promotional campaigns or initiatives, and identify insights for future improvements.
  • Effectively preparing and communicating project and/or issue status, along with results to leadership.
  • Ensuring highly effective and mutually-rewarding customer and stakeholder relationships.

What we're looking for...

You are an action oriented, results driven professional with a history of achievement operating in a fast paced environment.

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, products and services, and the overall digital ecosystem.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA and experience with writing & grooming user stories.
  • GTS partnership experience and the ability to understand backend systems/architecture.
  • Data analytics and quantitative skills in support of troubleshooting & opportunities identification.

Even better if you have:
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
  • Strong communication & data visualization skills.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple/simultaneous, highly complex, cross-functional projects/initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the creation/delivery of succinct presentations to communicate vision and concepts/opportunities.
  • Working knowledge of design thinking and process engineering.
  • Ability to define digital trends across industries and apply those impacts.

If you are hired into a Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $100,000.00 and $203,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
