BMS' IT CORE Services provides critical IT services to the entire BMS Enterprise, including Cybersecurity, Access, Networking, Hosting, Support Services, Tech Adoption and Productivity services to name a few. This role is in the Human Risk Education & Strategy (HRES) team in IT CORE Services responsible for providing enterprise-wide education, including content, to drive security culture adoption and meaningful, measurable behavior change.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Support Enterprise-facing Cyber education programs and develop market-specific cyber educational materials

  • Assist with development of white-glove cyber education for VP plus within a matrix organization.

  • Work closely with Human Risk Education and Strategy team’s Human Risk Sr. Manager and Associate(s) to create communications related to Human Risk projects

  • Support the development of educational materials, such as targeted trainings, cyber courses, and targeted interventions, and ensure a multi-channel approach

  • Manage the cybersecurity mailbox

  • Assist with Cyber Portal SharePoint Site refreshes and ongoing maintenance

  • Support Cybersecurity Awareness Month by playing a key role in planning and executing


Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum education of a High School Diploma

  • Minimum of zero (0) to two (2) years of experience within cyber security or similar related information technology fields.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.

  • Program and project management skills

  • Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse population

  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems with good judgement, often using creative solutions
