Senior AWS Infrastructure Specialist

As a Senior AWS Infrastructure Specialist you will provide leadership in Cloud development as part of a development team/squad to build modern enterprise-scale cloud native applications.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Work with teams to curate and design IaC cloud solutions to fit customer unique environments
- Incorporate customer feedback into IaC solutions - ensure the teams and trains have a deep understanding and empathy for our user's needs
- Manage resources to include maintenance of AWS accounts owned by infrastructure team, onboarding, maintenance, tagging, and cleaning up accounts no longer used
- Research cloud services and technologies for implementation
- Work with cross functional teams to set up security scanning to incorporate in to automated CI/CD pipeline
- Migrate, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure systems
- Supporting application hosting and data caching products & Product life cycle management
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 7+ years of experience with AWS Systems Administration
• 7+ years of working experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Red Hat OpenShift
• 5+ years of experience with deploying applications in a container environment
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• 5+ years of experience leading agile teams as a Squad Lead or Senior Service Reliability Engineer
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• 5+ years of experience using an agile methodology
• 3+ years of experience applying 12 Factor App practice
• Experience with event-driven architecture
• 3+ years of experience building Terraform or equivalent Infra as Code

The compensation range for this position is based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
