Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.**Responsibilities:**The IT Technician/Help Desk Specialist will provide resolution of user IT trouble issues. The specialist will assist and lead in the STIG, deployment, and employee assistance of provisioned assets to include laptops, tablets, hybrids, etc. The candidate will support specification gathering, software loading, and onboarding/offboarding of employee assets. The individual will be responsible for the deployment of IT equipment, configuring and troubleshooting configurations associated with peripheral devices, and assist with updating, patching, and software installation.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ Four years of help desk/user support experience+ A strong background in PC troubleshooting, PC assembly, operating system and application software installation+ An Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related IT field (specialized help desk experience of four (4) years may be considered as equivalent qualification in lieu of an Associates degree)+ A certification and Network certification or higher level certification (CISSP, CCNA, etc.)+ Must have demonstrated good customer service and communication skills+ Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance**Desired Qualifications:**+ Prior ServiceNow experience+ ITIL certification+ Vendor training/certifications in Microsoft or network technologiesThe duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
