These efforts are critical to both Eaton and our customers experiencewith Eaton.Theprimary responsibility of the incumbent is to define, manage and delivereShop/eCommerce projects that align with Eatons business-driven initiative toincrease automation of electronic order entry, order responses, shipmentnotifications and invoices.Workingdirectly with internal sales, IT and customer service teams, the eCommerceSpecialist plays a central role in aligning all required internal and externalresources to successfully deliver strategic eCommerce projects for our EMEAcustomers.With aclear understanding of the business need behind each initiative, the incumbentcreates user stories, detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for thelife-cycle of a project, working with developers, UX designers and QA teams todeliver a successful outcome.Key to ourefforts in driving enterprise digitization, we leverage data from Googleanalytics to help identify eCommerce enhancement opportunities, enabling Eatonto drive incremental revenue growth, user engagement and customer satisfaction.The successful candidate requires experience in analyzing data to informstrategy, formulate relevant insights, and provide internal teams withactionable recommendations.Inaddition, the eCommerce Specialist will draw upon a combination of eCommerce,EDI, IT analyst, project management, business development and customerrelationship management skills to ensure success. High attention to detail andappreciation for understanding of complex processes is essential.Your key deliverables :+ Cultivate in-depth functional& business process knowledge of Eatons eCommerce and EDI systems andcapabilities+ Work in partnership withenterprise, divisional and regional business process owners to identifyand drive opportunities+ Analyze in-depth analytics andsales data to identify key adoption targets and initiatives+ Build relationships andcommunicate directly with Eatons customers and business leaders tofurther their use of Eatons eCommerce capabilities+ Drive program goals throughinfluence leadership+ Direct work across multipleresource teams to ensure a coordinated and prioritized approach+ Identify, develop, andinstitute best practices for adoption+ Incorporate Voice of Customerinto eliminating adoption barriers and into developing external- andinternal-facing communication+ Create and utilize keydashboards to measure and communicate progress/updates+ Identify and publicizeopportunities to grow standard eCommerce and EDI capabilities and usageacross businesses and geographic regions.+ Develop business cases andstrategies to address identified gaps or bottlenecks+ Ensure alignment betweeneCommerce and EDI teams to create optimal approach+ Leverage existing projectmethodologies and governance processes to align new or identifiedcapabilities+ Ensure that proposed solutionsare in-line with global solutions+ Participate in business processimprovement committees as needed+ Interact adeptly with seniorlevel leaders at multiple levels of our organization as well as with Eatoncustomer leadership.
