Come to IBM and make a global impact!Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this exciting role you will have 1-3 years of Salesforce implementation experience; working & technical knowledge of Salesforce as a Customer Relationship Management platform and project implementation; appropriate Salesforce Certifications.+ You will have experience with Setup/Configuration/Development, specifically with complex migration of data records and files attachments from legacy systems and applications.+ Working experience with relevant migration tools such as ETL, SQL, and data loaders; working knowledge and application of Agile and iterative development methodologies.+ Ability to facilitate complex discussions, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience working with external clients.+ Understanding of current technologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).+ Ability to obtain, understand, and respond strategically to client needs; highly detail oriented, well organized, strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.+ Locations: Washington DC, or Huntsville, AL or Rocket Center, WV or Hampton Roads, VA.Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ 1-3 years of Salesforce implementation experience and working with various data repositories.+ Working & technical knowledge of Salesforce.com, data migration, application integration, software system implementation with case management, Salesforce.com Certifications.+ Setup/configuration/development and design of data streams/3rd party integrations.+ Working Knowledge & application of Agile and iterative development methodologies,+ Ability to facilitate complex discussions,+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,+ Experience working with external clients,+ Understanding of current technologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Ability to obtain, understand and respond strategically to client needs.,+ Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.,+ Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.+ Security Clearance: MBIPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ None+ U.S. Citizenship requiredAbout Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
