We look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, who are innovators in search of a better way, and who believe in inclusion.Working at Nutrien Ag Solutions will provide you an opportunity to help us _Feed the Future,_ and grow your career.**What you will do:**+ Load or assist in loading trailer with materials by using forklift or hand truck+ Operate semi-truck with one or two trailers, according to state laws+ Transport loads over required route to proper destinations, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations+ Conduct standard DOT truck inspection+ Complete all company and DOT required paperwork+ Complete shipping bills of lading, receive necessary signatures and return completed paper work to shipping office+ Perform miscellaneous service duties, such as checking, on a daily basis, oil, water, gasoline, and air in tires+ Report any maintenance malfunctions to maintenance department+ Comply with all Safety, Environmental and Operating Standards+ Pull orders using pick sheets or other documents accurately and on time+ Unload truck with pallet jack+ Receive and stock products into the proper warehouse location+ Conduct inventory cycle counts as requested by supervisor or inventory control+ Deliver local orders using company vehicles+ Keep the warehouse and working areas clean**What you will bring:**+ High School diploma/GED required+ Valid drivers license & Current CDL Class A required+ DOT minimum age requirement is 21 years+ Driving Record must be clean+ Must be able to work 40+ hour weeks including weekends+ Must be able to lift and move up to 80 pounds+ Must use tact and diplomacy in dealing with customer personnel at delivery points+ Must be dependable, reliable, and competent to handle equipment safely+ May, at times, sit in a cab for periods of time+ Must be able to climb ladders to be able to look into tender boxes/tanks**Are you a good match?
