IT Super User - WMS Specialist (Analyst)

**Description:**As Warehouse Super User, you will be the onsite expert for our proprietary Warehouse Management System. As primary owner of the WMS system, you will help develop SOPs and training material, implement changes, optimize the system to improve operations, and work closely with corporate support teams to identify and resolve issues.**Major Responsibilities:**+ Train management, provide training for operators on appropriate use of system+ Identify, troubleshoot, and remediate problems and issues within WMS system+ Create tools such as macros, BI reports, and SOPs to solve operational issues+ Work closely with site and corporate leadership to ensure KPIs are met/exceeded+ Primary site contact for RF and voice-pick WMS equipment+ Maintain and order perishable IT assets for WMS system+ Possibility for supervisory role over WMS clerical staff**Qualifications:****Basic Qualifications:**+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Logistics with focus in technology+ Strong organizational and communication skills+ Strong problem-solving skills and relentless focus on process improvement+ Basic OOP knowledge; knowledge or willingness to learn VBA+ Data analyses skills including Excel, SQL, and basic statistical analysis+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on limited basis, and to stand, sit, and walk as needed+ Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Portfolio of technical projects including programming and hardware setup+ Basic front- and back-end web development knowledge+ Previous supervisory and teaching experience**Physical Requirements:**The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
