Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Specialist you will:

  • Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
  • Development, design and daily operational duties of the change control management planning
  • Assist and review identification of change, impact analysis of change, documentation of change, presentation of change to the Change Control Board, records status of Change Control Board decision, communication to stakeholders and record status of approved change
  • Assist in identification of the Change Control Board members and defining authority of the Change Control Board

Qualifications

Required:
  • 6+ years of experience in Change and Communication Management
  • Experience in Change Resource Planning and Management
  • Knowledge of management and status reporting
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage small engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any timein the future
  • Bachelor's Degree


Preferred:
  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
