Human Capital As-A-Service

The Human Capital a s a Service (HCaaS) Asset Group brings together our products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. Human Capital's Asset group will continue to evaluate and incorporate new products and operate services in our portfolio as we grow. We will help clients navigate the future through our assets and service, including Research & Sensing, People Analytics, Workforce Assessments , and Future of Talent Optimization , among other s .

We are looking for a consultant to join our Analytics & Insights Solutions team and help us continue to set the standard for business applications used by Deloitte Human Capital clients and practitioners . This role will execute key PMO activities within an existing product line. This person will work in our service delivery team and be expected to work closely with asset management and global consulting stakeholders to guide the use of analytics solutions .

Responsibilities

As part of HCaaS' "in the service of" philosophy , the Senior Delivery Specialist role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day client delivery needs and expectations . The right candidate will develop relationships throughout HCaaS , and with each client project team . You will help generate client impact and market Deloitte services driving customer success . You will :

• Work across multiple geographies and industries to support the deliver y of a global solution to our clients
• Become a subject matter expert of assigned assets to assist in presales activities, conduct demos, effectively facilitate conversations, and answer questions
• Assist p roject t eam s with knowledge transfer, client interpretation, and analysis of data , as appropriate
• Help project teams merge or integrate data and insights into their consulting engagement s that aligns with client strategy and objectives
• Act as project manager for each assigned project and p erform exceptional organizational skills tracking progress and milestones across multiple projects at one time
• Manage the day-to-day interactions with assigned project teams and c ommunicate clearly and concisely across multiple stakeholders to meet on-time completion of project s
• Schedule and facilitate a regular cadence of calls throughout each project and keep stakeholders informed of progress
• Understand and manage scope of each project and act as first tier to resolve issues
• Manage project delivery resources and review all deliverables prior to sending to p roject t eam s
• Provide asset delivery support to our global member firms, as appropriate
• Support various projects that help to improve processes, build efficiencies, and drive scalability across our delivery approaches
• Identif y and convey areas of continuous improvement and innovation to aid in overall asset development and growth
• Understand risk areas for the asset with the expectation to raise them when necessary

• Bachelor's degree with focused course work in business administration, human resources, or data analytics
• 5 + years of hands-on experience manipulating and analyzing data, and drawing data-driven business insights
• Ability to synthesize data-driven analysis to tell a compelling story
• Ability to uncover and synthesize connections that are not always clear
• Strong business acumen
• Proven collaboration and teamwork skills
• Strong communication skills
• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel experience
