Lead Specialist, National Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Work you'll do

Under the direction of the Chief DEI Officer, the National Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) office develops and drives the firm's national DEI strategy. This role will support the national office's strategic priorities, including but not limited to reimagining talent processes to increase equitable practices, DEI in-person and virtual programming (e.g., Speakers Series, Inclusion Summit), and other activities.

  • Support the National DEI office and work directly with the DEI Chief of Staff
  • Support the development and execution of priority DEI programming
  • Identify creative ways to engage professionals across the firm and cascade DEI messages
  • Develop an understanding of existing reports, data, and systems; support ad-hoc analytic requests for meetings and publications such as annual reports and executive meetings
  • Develop materials for executive level briefings
  • Create communications to various stakeholders to promote and coordinate DEI programs
  • Produce high quality deliverables in a timely manner
  • Measure and track program outcomes

The individual selected for this role must be passionate and enthusiastic about DEI and its mission, and must be able to build strong relationships, collaborate, and elevate issues to the appropriate levels.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; minimum 5 years of experience
  • Excellent organization, coordination, communication, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite skills
