LMU Operations Specialist (338399)
The mission of the Claim Litigation Management Unit (LMU) is to provide Chubb's insureds with the highest quality legal services to cost effectively resolve their claims. This position is responsible for the oversight and management of eBilling and Parsing audit invoice review, quality control, service, workflows and processes including oversight of the eBilling and Parsing audit review teams. The position reports to the Litigation Management Unit (LMU) Team Lead and assists in defining best practices as to legal law firm invoice review as well as serve as an auditor of legal invoicing, arbiter of invoice escalations, appeals and management of the relationship with the legal audit review team, Claim invoice review training, and ongoing training and calibration with the legal audit team. The position will also manage law firm Guideline compliance issues and Legal Services Agreement inquiries as well as manage and assist in special Vendor Management projects related to litigation vendor management including, as may require, outreach to internal and external business partners and vendors. This position will be located in Simsbury, CT.
