As part of our Sports Medicine Field Operations Team, this person will play a key role in managing the inventory that drives our business forward. As one of the fastest growing businesses at Stryker, the inventory we supply to our sales team is a crucial part of our operational process. This person will Manage replenishment orders as well as returns for our sales team and coordinate the shipping of product out to the field. Overseeing a high volume of orders with accuracy, while providing great customer service to our sales representatives is crucial to the success of this role! We’re looking for someone who has a drive to execute with detail and efficiency, while building relationships and providing great service!

Essential Functions:

  • Enter all Sales Rep replenishment orders into Oracle.
  • Perform preliminary analysis on replenishment orders against regional budgets and existing stock levels
  • Determine how to source replenishment orders based on shelf life and available supply
  • Book, monitor, and recoup trial library equipment
  • Process Material Transactions requests between sub-inventories within Oracle
  • Identify problems pertaining to products & process flow, respond with a customer service orientation and escalate problems as required.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement work as programs continue to grow in Field Operations
  • Communicate with accuracy, timeliness and a customer service orientation
  • Provide support to new and/or less experienced Field Operations Specialists

Qualifications:

  • 5 years related experience.
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • Sedentary work: exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a minimal amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, etc.
  • Effective working with attention to detail and minimal supervision
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
