Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • You will partner with product team to improve and maintain availability, reliability, scalability, and usability.
  • You will be using SRE principals and measures to achieve high availability goals.
  • You will use the latest technologies to analyze, design, develop and implement solutions that enable us to meet or exceed high availability goals for our critical applications/infrastructure
  • You will work with the product teams to automate inspections throughout the development life-cycle, identify technical considerations and explain their impact while building in resiliency patterns
  • You will use self-diagnosing and self-healing frameworks and broaden this capability.
  • You will partner with product team to improve deployment frequency while maintaining service level objectives.


The Team
The US Systems Engineering Offering delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems and assists its clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. The practice aims at developing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems. It would focus on key client issues that impact the core business by delivering operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation.

Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years of Java Server Pages (JSPs), JAX-RS / Jersey APIs, Python, Machine Learning
  • 4 years of Spring Framework experience
  • 4 years of Subversion and Git
  • 4 years of SQL competency
  • 4 years of Hands on experience with cloud ecosystem such as AWS/PCF/Google Cloud/Azure
  • 4 years of experience with Big Data platforms such as building out a data lake
  • 4 years of experience APM and distributed tracing solutions such as AppDynamics/Jaeger/Honeycomb
  • 4 years of experience with Distributed Tracing implementation Open Telemetry
  • 4 years of experience with circuit breakers or developing circuit breaker logic
  • 4 years of experience with structured and unstructured logging frameworks -slf4j
  • 4 years of experience with resiliency patterns toggling, redundancy, autoscaling, idempotent methods etc.
  • You may be required to travel up to 20% (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Must be willing to relocate to Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC
  • Limited Sponsorship: Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Travel up to 10% annually


Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
  • Experience creating storyboards and site mapping
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
