KEY OBJECTIVE

To provide operations support for Accounts Payable processing. This involves efficient completion of operational tasks within the defined timeliness and quality service level agreements while providing exceptional customer service.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Under limited supervision, assist the business units and support the organization by performing various operational support responsibilities to include but are not limited to:

  • Processing of invoices for payment to vendors
  • Review of invoices/vouchers submitted by business groups for supporting documentation and disbursement authority
  • Complete assigned work within established service level agreements and quality standards
  • Liaison with business units and support organizations to facilitate completion of work requests
  • Work independently within PeopleSoft Financials with accurate entry of disbursement requests
  • Establish and sustain the development, documentation and implementation of operational procedures for supported processes
  • Responsible for continuous examination of process steps to identify improvement opportunities
  • Work independently and within the team to make sound business decisions to accomplish performance goals
