The position demands an appetite to learn in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This position will work from our south Florida manufacturing site and have the opportunity collaborate with our talented teams across the globe! Come help shape the future of modern medicine.

What you will do-

  • Support the initial release and revision of technical product documents and maintain revision records

  • Study specifications, mockups, drawings, operating procedures to integrate and delineate in product documents

  • Observe product demonstrations, development activities to determine operating procedures and detail

  • Under close supervision, manage content translation with vendors and internal teams

  • Participate in cross-functional design reviews

  • Apply corporate, quality, and regulatory documentation requirements to assigned work. Also support/lead process improvement initiatives

  • Under close supervision, develop and maintain deliverable timelines

  • Support multiple development projects concurrently

  • Travel as necessary to support project meetings, training, supplier visits, etc.

What you need-

  • Bachelor's degree is required (degree in English, Communications, or related preferred)

  • Regulated industry design experience strongly preferred

  • Proficiency in MS product suite (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.), FrameMaker, Arbortext, and Adobe Acrobat Pro strongly preferred

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal preferred

  • Robotics experience is preferred
