Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• You will be developing roadmaps for strategic alignment of team, potentially including retirement strategies of legacy technology

• You will be defining backlog items, and ordering backlog, associated grooming

• You will be gathering requirements

• You will be maintaining relationships with stakeholders/consumers

• You will be developing KPIs associated with team outcomes and ensuring alignment to overall Product Family vision.

• You will be ensuring strong communication and collaboration across other teams within Product Family, business, IT, peers and program, and partner closely with their scrum team (examples include but are not limited to: sprint reviews, consumer engagements, program reporting etc.)

The Team

The US Systems Engineering Offering delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems and assists its clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. The practice aims at developing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems. It would focus on key client issues that impact the core business by delivering operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

• 2 years of experience as a Project Delivery Analyst

• 2 years of experience developing KPIs associated with team outcomes and ensuring alignment to overall Product Family vision.

• Travel up to 10% Annually

• Must be willing to relocate to Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC
