Work you'll do

  • As the Relativity Infastracture Specialist you will work under the direction of the Technical Support Manager.
  • Responsible for Relativity Back-End troubleshooting and configuration, including IIS, Message Broker, Security and Functionality Hotfixes.
  • Will be involved in Relativity Installation, Environment Growth Planning, Disaster Recovery, Tech Migration, as well as helping to develop automation of each of these components.
  • Will also work closely with the SQL DBA and DevOps teams to recommend performance enhancements to custom applications and Relativity Databases.
  • Recommends Process, Policy, and Environmental improvements to help track and move toward maximum performance and availability.
  • Will be be expected to take lower tier tickets when necessary, including front end troubleshooting, user access issues, and user creation requests to assure customer SLAs are hit.

Our teams apply eDiscovery leading practices and leverage analytics technology, as well as traditional legal research and writing, to assist government attorneys and agency staff through the litigation or information request process.

Our team includes practitioners with a variety of Relativity skills, from system administrators to infrastructure engineers, and analytics specialists to document reviewers. We support our clients with management of their data to optimize their use of Relativity for a cost-effective and efficient review approach. We have team members covering the range of features and functionality within Relativity and who train clients and staff on navigating the platform.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience as a Relativity Infrastructure Specialist
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Must have SQL Query experience
  • Experience with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity

Preferred:
  • Comfortable working in the front and back end of Relativity
  • Experience with IPRO eCapture and NUIX
  • Scripting and programming knowledge
