EUT Specialist - SME (IT Support) (38666)
Amentum is seeking an End User Technical Support Specialist to support our customers from the Department of Justice and Department of Navy.
In this role you will:
- Perform day-to-day activities required to manage and lead the support of incident management related to IT failures of end user hardware.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide incident resolution for all related incidents requiring escalated support or subject matter enterprise within end user hardware and software, to include, end user equipment, local and network printers, HDD, and removable media encryption.
- Provide supervision and direction as needed to support staff, to include technical direction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (8 years of job-related experience managing and leading the incident management for IT failures within end user computing).
- Must possess Microsoft certification or equivalent.
- Must be able to obtain an acceptable SEC Employment Eligibility government access verification decision prior to start
- Must be a U.S. citizen and not possess dual citizenship with any other country
