This executive associate position is within the Corporate Tax department, reporting to the Head of Tax. This position provides day to day general administrative assistance to the Head of Tax, the VP Tax Operations and VP Tax Planning as well as to the tax group as needed and at the direction of the manager. This role requires the ability to work efficiently and effectively, especially when on occasion there may be high pressure or time sensitive matters. It requires excellent judgement in handling confidential information, and ability to act with professionalism in difficult situations. Most importantly ability to be discreet and professional when handling sensitive corporate and corporate tax matters. It requires excellent verbal and written skills to communicate with senior management in appropriate styles with tact and diplomacy internal and externally. Position is based in Princeton, New Jersey and may require travel to Summit, NJ and New York City on occasion.


  • 6+ years experience with law firm, Big Four, or in-house (or combination of).
  • Minimum 2-3 years as a seniors administrative assistant or equivalent
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn all company systems and work applications, eg concur, Ariba, excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Strong communication skills
