The Chief Executive Program is part of Deloitte's Executive Accelerators offering, which focuses on supporting executives across the C-Suite.

Work you'll do

The Events & Program Lead role will drive scale for the Chief Executive Program. Primarily, you will focus on ideating and executing convenings and events (virtual & in-person) for CEO and Business Unit Leaders for Deloitte's biggest clients and on developing key account and CEO relationships. You'll also support broader program needs and have the opportunity to work with Business Unit Leaders & CEOs.

In this role, you will work with a team to create convenings and events, including identifying convening ideas, socializing with the Chief Executive Program Advisory Board and key partners, designing, and executing. You will drive capability development across Deloitte, working with account leaders on how to best show-up and create meaningful CEO relationships. You will look for ways to take success stories and turn them into scalable solutions. You will develop relationships with key accounts and help partner to drive their CEO and BU leader relationships. You will learn the craft of an Executive Transition Lab, a 1-day workshop that accelerates a CEO's readiness in his or her new role. You will support CEO Program efforts, which may include leadership updates, advisory board management, marketing efforts, data & insights, and more. You will also work closely with our other key partners, including Executive Accelerators leaders, the Global CEO Program, the Executive Advisors program, key account leaders, and more.
