Job Description:

The Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking a Mid-Level Project Management Support Officer to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Northern Virginia. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in developing a broad range of written products in support of senior leadership and USG policymakers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Advise the Office of the Cyber Executive (OCX) on key development and complex projects, and is considered to be contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of the technology to the current and future business environments.

  • Gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information

  • Translates technical information into clear, readable documents and presentation to be used by the technical and non-technical personnel

  • Supports development of all types of documents and reports by developing and updating graphic presentations to improve quality and enhance usability

  • Integrates graphics and information generated at meetings and facilitation sessions into final deliverable documents using automated tools and research methods

  • Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of the business systems and industry requirements

  • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results

  • Performs analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper requirements specifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, related work experience

  • Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the National Intelligence Manager (NIM).

  • Three (3) years’ experience working with or in the Intelligence Community.

  • Ten (10) years’ experience related to the Cyber Area of Responsibility (AOR).

  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills, tradecraft experience, and/or extensive publication on the subject as a noted expert in their field.

  • Significant demonstrated experience with collection and analytical missions of the Cyber AOR.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Significant demonstrated Cyber Intelligence/Cybersecurity tradecraft experience, or extensive publication on the subject.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce written reports.
