Job Description:
The Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking a Mid-Level Project Management Support Officer to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Northern Virginia. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in developing a broad range of written products in support of senior leadership and USG policymakers.
Primary Responsibilities
Advise the Office of the Cyber Executive (OCX) on key development and complex projects, and is considered to be contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of the technology to the current and future business environments.
Gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information
Translates technical information into clear, readable documents and presentation to be used by the technical and non-technical personnel
Supports development of all types of documents and reports by developing and updating graphic presentations to improve quality and enhance usability
Integrates graphics and information generated at meetings and facilitation sessions into final deliverable documents using automated tools and research methods
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of the business systems and industry requirements
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results
Performs analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper requirements specifications
Basic Qualifications
Active TS/SCI with polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years experience. Additional experience may be substitued for degree.
5 Years work experience related to the technical requirement.
1 year working with or in the IC.
Analytical experience in cyber intelligence/cyber security issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Significant demonstrated Cyber Intelligence/Cybersecurity tradecraft experience, or extensive publication on the subject.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce written reports.
