This position is responsible for providing strategic marketing leadership for Deloitte's Chief Executive and Chief Marketing Officer Programs as part of the Executive Accelerators marketing team. Our Executive Accelerators program provides senior executives and their teams the experiences, tools, and peer groups to break through personal barriers, transform thinking, and approach top-of-mind issues with novel ideas and a fresh perspective.

Specifically focused on Chief Executive and Chief Marketing Officer buyers, you will drive the development of the strategy, planning, and execution for integrated marketing programs and campaigns that support growth and positioning strategies. The ideal candidate is a marketing professional with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of a matrixed organization and have a deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications, including marketing strategy, campaign development, experience design and execution, and content marketing and digital marketing. We seek an individual who is innovative in their thinking and is willing to challenge the status quo.

What you'll do:

As a Strategic Marketer in Deloitte Services LP, you will contribute to the growth and development of our organization in a variety of ways, including:

  • Develop, maintain, and drive prioritization of all marketing and communications campaign activities for The Chief Executive and Chief Marketing Officer Programs; plan and manage marketing budgets for campaigns and develop KPIs to assess campaign success
  • Support relationship development and strategic sponsorships with media and executive associations
  • Design and deliver innovative in-person and virtual events and peer forums
  • Engage our internal agency on the successful execution of campaigns, and oversee the on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns
  • Collaborate with other Executive Programs in Executive Accelerators and market offerings and industries across the firm to develop complementary strategies, amplify messages, and maximize impact
  • Drive the annual planning process, including discussions with leadership around business priorities
  • Collaborate with Public Relations team to drive media coverage
  • Manage and mentor the development of junior team members in the US and India

Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to grasp a deep understanding of C-Suite executives - communication style, top of mind business issues, how they like to consume content, etc
  • Ability to manage multiple and complex projects concurrently
  • Ability to make connections in a highly matrixed environment
  • Executive presence, professional client service manner, demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Strong persuasive communication skills; able to gain consensus through influence and pivot when warranted

Qualifications:


Required:
  • 12-15 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing and communications strategy and planning
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
  • Proven experience developing and executing on strategic marketing plans
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
  • Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing
  • Travel of up to 15% (While 15% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
