Reporting to the VP of Investor Relations, the Executive Director, Investor Relations, will meaningfully contribute to building an integrated investor relations program that conveys Organon strategies, plans and performance to the investment community including investors/analysts globally.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strong relationship management and communications skills honed in a highly visible role, and ability to provide strategic council to Senior leadership and the Board of Directors

• Ability to quickly become a subject matter expert across multiple business lines to earn the trust of investors and the sell-side community and to educate them about Organon’s strategy, financial position, and long-term goals

• Ability to synthesize complex information and relay that information to shareholders in a clear and understandable way; both written and orally

• Must have experience authoring documents related to quarterly earnings (CEO and CFO scripts, Q&A and PowerPoint presentation); this role will have primary responsibility for creation of those materials

• Understand investors’ key investment theses and anticipate and proactively create related Q&A in order to prepare management for such questions; work with the business to craft accurate and appropriate answers for public consumption

• Lead earnings preparation sessions with senior management

• Represent Organon at key investor conferences, driving the organization and creation of presentations and related one-on-one meetings

• Primary responsibility for development of investor outreach calendar, including planning and execution of semi-annual Investor Day event

• Ability to both analyze and present to management relevant information about the composition of share ownership, stock performance relative to benchmarks, and Street sentiment

• Build and maintain intelligence on existing and emerging competitors, including the development of operational and financial benchmarks

• Establish a framework to critically evaluate enterprise valuation for Organon and its peer set; develop strategies to help Organon expand its enterprise valuation

Education Minimum Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree / MBA preferred

• CFA a plus

Required Experience and Skills:

• 10 + years of Senior Investor relations or related professional experience in similar or tangential IR role (buy side/sell side, FP&A, M&A)

• 5+ years’ experience of technical writing with financial interpretation and linking to quarterly earnings; complete ownership of authoring documents for quarterly earnings (CEO and CFO scripts, Q&A and PowerPoint presentation)

• Direct experience planning & leading investor days and capital market events.

• Exceptional communication skills – oral and written - with the ability to create and maintain strong relationship dynamics with stakeholders, internal and external

• Advanced modeling skills, with familiarity of valuation and modeling techniques used by investors and analysts

• Ability to absorb information quickly and synthesize key takeaways
