Our Digital team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.
This employee strategically engages and builds relationships with internal customers, prioritizes business need/ demand within a Therapeutic Area (TA) or market, drives solution adoption for their specific customer and the identification of opportunities for additional productized solutions to meet common customer needs, actively drives solution adoption and coordinates across multiple Data Digital & Agile (DD&A) functions & stakeholders to best serve internal customers.
Strategically engage and build relationships with internal customers
Act as clear, known DD&A points of contact for internal customers
Manage expectations & provide transparency around prioritization of work and expected delivery timelines
Create a "seat at the table" with key senior business leaders
Understand business priorities of internal customers
Educate internal customers on DD&A value proposition
Prioritize business need / demand within a TA and, as a group of Business Engagement Activation (BEA) leaders, across TAs
Partner with internal customers to jointly shape and prioritize their agenda
Support prioritization of that demand internally within the commercial DD&A function
Support communication of commercial DD&A prioritization back to internal customers
Drive identification of opportunities for additional productized solutions to meet common customer needs in collaboration with commercial DD&A Digital Solutions team
Coordinate across multiple DD&A functions & stakeholders to marshal resources to meet internal customer demand and best serve internal customers
Support aggregating demand coming directly into other parts of commercial DD&A beyond BEA
Understand and be able to speak to all DD&A capabilities, data sources, and assets
Coordinate with other commercial DD&A functions and relevant BEA TA/ market managers and with Commercial DD&A's internal customers to jointly and continuously engage at relevant points in the digital solution / product lifecycle
Master’s Degree or higher in following fields: economics, business, science, engineering or a related field
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 10 year of experience in data analytics, advanced analytics and/or digital
Combined with 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical of life sciences industry with data, analytics and/or digital
Proven track record of having the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical groups within the business
Excellent organizational skills, with ability to navigate a complex matrix environment and organize/prioritize work efficiently and effectively
Proven leadership and influencing skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead with diverse groups of work colleagues and positively manage ambiguity

Under New York City, Washington State and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:$259,440.00 - $408,300.00
