In addition, this role will work closely with senior leaders in R&D and Human Resources to identify, develop, and retain top talent across Novartis' R&D organization.<br><br>What you will be doing: <br><br>•Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain top talent across Novartis' R&D organization.<br>•Partner with senior R&D leaders to develop and implement talent management programs that align with the company's overall business strategy.<br>•Establish and maintain diverse, high-quality internal and external succession plans for strategic roles and cohorts<br>•Advise on talent development interventions that strengthen high-potential leaders within the R&D organization<br>•Proactively integrate with HR and business leaders to consider full-range of potential talent approaches and interventions based on data<br>•Monitor and analyze talent metrics to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address gaps.<br>•Lead a team of talent management professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure the team has the skills and capabilities to deliver on the talent management strategy.<br><br>This high-impact, high-visibility role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and talent management skills.
