This Executive Director level position will be responsible for marketing our Company's Women’s Health franchise products in the US. This includes NEXPLANON, XACIATO, and additional business development launches.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Active marketing stewardship and collaboration in conjunction with the Business Unit Leadership team composed of sales, access, medical and communications leaders.

  • Directing the overall promotional strategy of the Women’s Health franchise with a bias to consumer and digital marketing strategies.

  • Crafting go-to-market approaches that enable strong fundamentals and innovative ideas to maximize growth potential.

  • Leading, mentoring, and overseeing a 10+ person marketing team focused across customers and the commercial model.

  • Providing leadership to the extended team supporting the Women’s Health marketing team including analytics, research, communications and marketing operations.

  • Ensuring strong, open, and collaborative partnerships across the enterprise, including Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, policy, regulatory, compliance teams and other relevant stakeholders to optimize franchise performance.

  • Serving as a strategic voice for the franchise on short and long-term strategies, including financial performance and LROP (long-range operating plan) with a deep understanding of underlying business fundamentals and market dynamics.

  • Effectively communicating with senior management to ensure organizational alignment around the product strategy, forecasts, performance and resource needs.

  • Managing a substantial promotion budget to optimize investments across audiences and channels.

  • Monitoring performance results against targets; proposing timely and relevant action plans to address opportunities and challenges.

  • Escalating issues and ensure barriers are addressed efficiently; challenging current approaches, as needed, and gaining sponsorship and support within the company to address gaps.

  • Creating and achieving net sales and income forecasts for products in portfolio.

This position will be based out of Lansdale, PA and must be present in the office at least 1 day/week consistent with team collaboration schedule. The position reports to the US Women’s Health Business Unit Leader.

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Required: BA/BS

  • Preferred: MBA

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience leading marketing teams that produce results and high impact customer activations.

  • Proven success leading and executing digital and customer experience driven growth strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience as a player/coach leader able to lead through others, but roll up your sleeves and individually contribute.

  • Strong marketing acumen with proven experience developing positioning, promotional campaigns, tactic and media plans, and KPIs.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of the US pharmaceutical market.

  • Experience in Women’s Health focused therapeutic areas or brands.
