Our marketing team is passionate about bringing our oncology products to our customers around the world to help them drive improved patient outcomes. We have an exciting opportunity to join our global oncology marketing team focusing on co-commercialization of an Antibody Drug Conjugate with an alliance partner in multiple tumor types. The companies will jointly initiate clinical studies and are evaluating the combination in multiple tumor types.


This Executive Director will be the Global Oncology Asset Lead responsible for creating and driving the Integrated Business Strategy for monotherapy indications as well as in combination indications.


This role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Foster strong working relationships with our alliance partner

  • Develops the Integrated Business Strategy by actively synthesizing inputs from cross-functional teams including CORE, MA&P, Medical, and key markets

  • Maximize DSI collaboration to optimize commercial readiness

  • Works closely with Asset Development Team (ADT) and Global commercial tumor teams to bring forward the commercial perspective; responsible for bringing a unified Commercial voice to assigned ADT and PDTs when necessary

  • Accountable for the development of global marketing/ customer strategy for the brand

  • Focuses on strategic levers to maximize franchise/ brands over medium to long-term based on customer needs (i.e. data generation, market access, LCM, COGS, etc.)

  • Enables favorable access environment at launch and maintenance post-launch

  • Accountable for all planning and operational aspects of the franchise (Profit Plan, LROP, Forecast Updates)

  • Develops input for the Joint Commercial Committee

  • Recruiting and development of a high performing team

  • Participate in global/ regional alliance operating and go to market models

  • Deep understanding of product development to effectively contribute to shaping asset development

  • Depth of Therapeutic Area (TA) knowledge

  • In-depth market understanding of ongoing clinical/commercial dynamics as well as emerging trends


Education Requirements:

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree

  • Preferred: Master’s Degree

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years Pharmaceutical Business experience

  • Strong Business and financial acumen

  • Marketing Lead – USML or in country Marketing head equivalent - Marketing management experience including experience in product strategy development and execution

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate across the organization

  • Ability to broadly understand and anticipate global competitive changes

  • Influencing without authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams

  • Product/ Indication Launch experience

  • Knowledge of our company's Marketing and demonstrated ability to apply, including leveraging customer insights to drive strategic choices and implementation plans to achieve objectives

  • Understanding and application of our company policies, compliance, operations and change management


Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Oncology experience (sales or marketing)

  • Joint Commercial Venture/Commercial Alliance experience

Position Location: Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA.


Travel: 20%, including some weekends

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected salary range:

$235,280.00 - $370,400.00
