If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIBM Global Technology Services is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team.You will guide clients and solution sales teams in the definition and adoption of architectural decisions on different cloud technologies and platforms. You will define solutions to address client business problems and are accountable for delivering value to clients and IBM.In this role, you will apply deep domain and/ or industry expertise, architecture & design methods & cognitive approach to analyse requirements, define and design innovative solutions.Your excellent relationship building experience with CxO level, Head of Infrastructure and other senior stakeholders will enable you to advise them on their overall cloud journey. You will articulate the impact and business benefits of their solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.In return, you can expect a competitive salary, on-going career development both technically and for business acumen, medical cover, pension, vacation days and more.Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ Lead high level technical sales discussions with clients from executive to C-level at the Enterprise+ A strong team member and individual contributor, passionate about sharing knowledge and best practice+ Proven years of experience in a quota carrying solutions sales role or other technical sales role+ Ability to advise clients on the best path to move from virtualization to a container based solution on a hybrid cloud+ Competitive knowledge of the container industry including Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, and Pivotal+ Cloud platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS), IBM Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft AzurePreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Leading pubic cloud certifications would be highly desirable+ Architectural framework certified (e.g. TOGAF, Zachmann, etc)+ Norwegian language.About Business UnitThis position sits within Global Technology Services (GTS) Infrastructure Services (IS). As announced in October 2020, IBM intends that the managed infrastructure services business of the GTS organization within IBM will become an independent company (currently known as NewCo) by the end of 2021, creating two distinct and powerful market-leading companies.
