If so, lets talk.Your Role and Responsibilities+ Manage Account Performance:Lead & manage contract scope & drive business growth, deliverables and commitments including service delivery, billing, Client payment, resource investments and measuring performance against plan. Perform contract crisis management especially for troubled accounts, contract commitments and responsibilities of all parties, including subcontractors and 3rd party vendors. Lead & Work with Delivery to drive program / project schedules and contract deliverables that support the client's business with a focus on delivering on every commitment made to the client.Perform Team Building In Cross Functional Teams:Lead teams by leveraging differing skills and cultures in building team working towards established common goals and objectives. Keep team informed in all communications and foster a sense of teaming amongst the members. Manage effectively in a matrix environment creating an environment for growth. Encourage and reward team for innovation, positive results and achievements Demonstrate the ability to set direction, communicate and model effective leadership behaviors in dealing with individuals and teams.Implement Consultative Selling:Implement consultative selling by working with the Client in a collaborative fashion and identifying the Client's business issues and strategies, and by understanding what is most important to the Client and why. Focus on areas where you and the Client can both benefit from a collaborative relationship (partnership) leveraging IBM's and the Client's areas of expertise to grow IBM's existing footprint.Apply Contract Bid & Negotiation Management:Develop bid strategy and proposals to grow your (global) account. Apply knowledge of proposal organization in addition to knowledge of proposal and bid review.
